Norme sulla privacy a tutela dell’utente

usando questa applicazione l’utente concede all’app
i seguenti permessi:
“-android.permission.CALL_PHONE \n”
“-android.permission.PROCESS_OUTGOING_CALLS\n”
“-android.permission.REQUEST_CALL_PHONE \n”
“-android.permission.REQUEST_PROCESS_OUTGOING_CALLS\n”
-android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE(lettura stato del telefono:squilla,chiamata terminata,ecc..)
necessaria per intercettare la chiamata in uscita
-android.permission.READ_CONTACTS e Call_Log per effettuare
chiamate con dual_slot
-android.permission.READ_CONTACTS.EXTERNAL_STORAGE
-android.permission.READ_CONTACTS.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Per sviluppo sperimentale dual sim e solo in fase debug dello sviluppatore.

L’applicazione e’ stata sviluppata in modo da non trasmettere i contatti in rubrica
nè allo siluppatore nè a terzi.
L’applicazione non registra le chiamate effettuate o ricevute.
L’autore non raccoglie,non tiene per se ne divulga nessun dato dell’utente.
Se l’applicazione contiene annunci.Essi sono:
1-sito dello sviluppatore dove le norme sulla privacy sono gestite da lubenda
2-admob ha le sue norme sulla privacy note a tutti

1-Ho installato l’applicazione ma non funziona.

Prova a dare i consensi quando richiesti
Disinstalla l’applicazione e reinstalla dando tutti i consensi

2-Ho dato tutti i consensi ma l’app non antepone il prefisso:
Prova a eseguire l’app ,l’app non è partita all’accensione
oppure
Metti NO alla voce :”La sim è gestita da..”
3- Ho caricato l’app,ho messo NO al riconoscimento sim,ma l’app non antepone il prefisso:

Controlla se è spuntato :”Sim non gestita da compagnia italiana”,in caso affermativo
togli la spunta dal menu opzioni(icona telefono in alto) alla voce:”Reti telefoniche non italiane”
4 Ho eseguito i punti 1-2-3 ,ma l’app non antepone il prefisso:

Controlla la voce:”scrivi qui il prefisso” ,per vedere se è registrato il prefisso

5- Ho abilitato il riconoscimento scheda Wind ma mi antepone un altro prefisso:

Cambia il prefisso alla voce “scrivi qui il prefisso”

6- Ho due schede Tim su una solo voglio applicare il prefisso:

Questo è un caso limite ,in questo caso selezionare scheda Tim non funziona perchè l’operatore
è lo stesso!Non ho verificato questo caso,ma si potrebbe fare cosi:

a) ricavare il codice della sim ,selezionando la pagina “?”
b)copiare questo codice c)andare al menu opzioni(telefono in alto)
d)spuntare “Reti telefoniche non italiane”
e)incollare in “Scheda sim a cui applicare il prefisso” il codice sim

7- Ho eseguito tutti i passi precedenti:1-2-3-4-5-6, ma l’applicazione mi da come messaggio:
“L’applicazione si è arrestata in modo anomalo”

Contatta lo sviluppatore nella speranza che ti possa sviluppare ad Hoc

8.Sul mio nuovo smartphone dual sim non riconosce la sim
Attiva check slot sim e scegli lo slot su cui applicare il prefisso.

9.l applicazione funziona ma dopo un po’ si disattiva, si congela, non funziona.
Dopo un po’ di tempo di inattività, il sistema tende a chiudere le applicazioni in background, prova ad attivare l ultima voce app crash

1-I installed the application but does not work.

     Try to give the consents when required
     Uninstall and reinstall the application giving all consents

2-I gave all consents but the app does not prefix the

       Try running the app, the app is not playing at power
       NO Put the heading: “The sim is run by ..”
3- I loaded the app, I put the sim NO recognition, but the app does not prefix the

   Check if it is popped up, “Sim not handled by Italian company”, if so
   uncheck the options menu (the phone icon at the top) to the item: “Telephone network not Italian”
4 I have run the 1-2-3 points, but the app does not prefix the

  Check the voice: “Write here the prefix”, to see if it is registered the prefix
5- I have enabled the recognition Wind board but puts me another code

  Change the prefix to “write here the prefix”
6- I have two cards on a Tim only I want to apply the prefix:

   This is an extreme case, in this case select Tim card does not work because the operator
   It is the same! I have not checked this case, but you could do so:
  
   a) get the code of the sim, selecting the page “?”
   b) copy this code c) go to the options menu (phone up)
   d) tick “Telephone network not Italian”
   e) paste into “sim card to apply the prefix” the sim code

7 – I performed all the previous steps:1-2-3-4-5-6, but the application gives me the message:
“The application has stopped abnormally”

Please contact the developer in the hope that you can develop ad-Hoc

8.On my new dual sim smartphone does not recognize the sim
